Moneva Druckguss GmbH is a customer for whom, in most cases, the robots take over spraying the moulds with coolant or release agent and removing them from the die-casting machine.
In most cases, after removal from the die casting machine, the freshly cast workpiece is checked for defects using modern sensor technology, cooled in an immersion basin, and conveyed out of the system via a discharge conveyor.
